Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 72 weekday hours of purchase. If for any reason we are unable to meet this timeframe, we will contact you promptly via email.

Standard delivery within New Zealand typically takes 3–4 working days. 

All rug/runner orders are shipped at a flat rate of $35 nationwide.
Shipping fees for all other items are calculated based on the weight and size of the package.
